Evaluations
We focus on the whole picture when it comes to evaluations — not just checking a box. Our goal is to understand the root cause of your child's needs, not simply document a symptom. That means looking closely at sensory needs, learning style and personality, and your family's specific concerns and expectations — because every child and every family is different. Evaluations are centered on your child and your family, structured to meet your specific needs, and shaped to look different for every family we work with.
We look at the whole child — sensory needs, learning style, and personality all factor into understanding the root cause behind your child's challenges.
We listen to your family — your specific concerns and expectations help shape what we evaluate and how.
No two evaluations are the same — every plan is structured around your child and your family, never a generic checklist.Keep it client-friendly and direct, making sure the information feels helpful and grounded.
Our Specialties
Speech and Language Therapy
Every child communicates differently, and effective speech therapy starts with understanding the whole child — not just a diagnosis. Our approach is rooted in collaboration, working closely with you and your family to build a plan that reflects your child's specific needs, strengths, and goals. We believe lasting progress happens when therapy and family life work together, not separately.
Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS) & Severe Speech Sound Disorders — specialized, evidence-based treatment for motor speech and articulation challenges
Early Intervention & Late Talkers — supporting communication development from the very first signs of delay
Gestalt Language Processing (GLP) — individualized support for children who learn language in phrases and scripts
Autism & ADHD — communication strategies tailored to each child's unique learning style and needs
AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) — support for children who benefit from devices or visual tools to communicate
Literacy — building foundational reading and language skills that support success in school and beyond
Occupational Therapy
Our occupational therapy services help children build the foundational skills they need for everyday life, school, and play. We take an individualized, evidence-based approach to help children develop the motor, sensory, self-care, and learning skills needed to participate confidently in daily activities. Every treatment plan is tailored to your child’s unique strengths and needs, and we partner closely with families to ensure progress made in therapy carries over into everyday life.
Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) – increasing independence with dressing, toileting, grooming, bathing, feeding, and other everyday self-care routines.
Fine Motor Skills — building the coordination, dexterity, manipulation, and hand strength needed for writing, dressing, using utensils, school tasks, and everyday activities.
Sensory Processing & Integration – helping children process sensory information, regulate emotions, improve body awareness, and participate more successfully at home, school, and in the community.
Visual Motor & Perceptual Skills – developing the ability to interpret visual information and coordinate eye and hand movements for handwriting, reading readiness, puzzles, copying, cutting, and other everyday activities.
Handwriting– improving letter formation, spacing, pencil grasp, speed, pressure management, legibility, and written communication.
Attention & Self-Regulation– helping children improve attention, impulse control, emotional regulation, and the ability to stay engaged in daily activities.
Feeding & Oral Motor Skills – supporting picky eating, food variety, chewing, drinking, oral motor development, and positive mealtime experiences.
IEP Consultation
Too often, parents leave an IEP meeting second-guessing themselves — wondering if they asked enough questions, or fully grasped what was just agreed to. You don't have to figure this out on your own. Our IEP consultation and support services are designed to walk beside you through the entire process, so you leave every meeting feeling informed, prepared, and confident in the decisions made for your child.
IEP review and consultation — a clear, plain-language walkthrough of your child's goals, services, and rights.
In-person or virtual support — including attendance at your child's IEP meeting, whichever format works best for your family.
Flexible packages — from a single consultation to full support through your entire IEP process.
Parent Coaching and Support
We love providing therapy and collaborating with your family — but the truth is, our time together is only a small portion of your child's week. You and your child's caregivers spend countless hours together, which is exactly why you have the greatest ability to influence their progress. That's where we come in. We provide the support and knowledge tailored to your family, so that together, we can give your child the most comprehensive support possible. When we work together, we can coach your family to become an effective source of support at home.
Treatment plans and packages — tailored options to fit your child's needs and your family's goals.
In-home, virtual, or clinic sessions — flexible formats that fit your schedule and your family's life.
Consultation follow-ups — ongoing feedback to make sure you feel confident and that skills are generalizing at home.
